What is the process?

What should you expect when you contact me? Read about my process below. At every step my goal is to bring value to you- whether it's helping you better define the issue you're experiencing, giving you some tips to try out, or recommending a resource that could be helpful. Your time is valuable and I want you to know how much I appreciate that you are trusting it with me.

Step 1: Introduction

We'll set up a short call so you can tell me about your business and the problem you are looking to solve. You can ask me any questions about the process, about me, or about what to expect next! At the end of this step you'll know a little more about me and feel comfortable going into a deeper dive.

Step 2: Discovery Meeting(s)

If I'm positive I can support you in finding a solution we'll set up a longer discussion to dive into more detail. I'll ask a lot of questions to clarify the issue, understand why this matters to you and your business, and determine what success looks like for you. We can brainstorm some potential options to determine what might be the best fit for your business and budget. At the end of this step we have a clear scope, have confirmed this is a priority for you to address now, are aligned on a path forward, and know the outcome we are driving towards.

Step 3: Proposal

Since we had such a robust discussion during discovery we've got a good handle on the issue we are solving and are aligned on how best to address it. I'll draft a proposal for final confirmation and we'll review it together to make sure nothing's been missed. If we have no more adjustments we'll sign the contract and schedule our start date.

Step 4: Let's Get to Work!

Now it's time to roll up the sleeves! Whether it's training, a workshop, team development or 1:1 coaching I'll get to work partnering with you to address the issues and help your organization reach it's full potential. We'll check in frequently to ensure I'm meeting your expectations and course-correct as needed to deliver on our objectives. At the end we'll review our original plan and ensure we've achieved what we set out to do together.

Step 5: Celebrate Success

We've completed our partnership and can now celebrate what we've accomplished together. I've not only helped you solve a problem that was impacting your business, you have also gained some new skills to use in the future. I'll ask for your feedback so I can continuously improve my services and thank you for trusting me with your team!
