ABOUT KRISTEN

Hello, I’m Kristen Barrett. With over 12 years of experience in Process Excellence at a Fortune 500 company, and 15 years spent empowering leadership and enhancing individual skills across various organizations, I’m equipped to help your organization unlock its full potential. I hold an MBA from St. Joseph’s University, along with Green Belt and Black Belt certifications in Lean/Six Sigma.

After taking a career pause to become a foster parent and focus on family, I earned my certification as an instructor and coach for a non-profit Work Readiness program. This initiative supports individuals from vulnerable populations in developing essential skills—such as conflict resolution, interview techniques, and goal-setting—necessary to secure and sustain meaningful employment. This experience reignited my passion for helping people excel, both professionally and personally, and inspired me to embark on a consulting journey.

As the daughter and granddaughter of business owners in Western New York, I am deeply committed to helping organizations not only meet their goals but also enhance the experiences of the employees who drive them.
