ABOUT KRISTEN
My name is Kristen Barrett. With over 12 years of Process Excellence experience at a Fortune 500 company, 15 years supporting leadership and individual skill-building at multiple organizations, an MBA from St. Joseph’s University, and Green Belt and Black Belt Lean/ Six Sigma Certifications I am ready to help your organization develop into high-performing teams.
After pausing my career to become a foster parent and focus on our family, I became a certified instructor and coach for a non-profit Work Readiness program that supports individuals from vulnerable populations in developing the skills needed to get and keep gainful employment such as conflict resolution, interviewing skills, breaking goals into actionable steps and more. This work reignited my desire to support others to excel in both their professional and personal lives. As a result, I began my consulting journey to continue doing what I loved and connecting it to the communities in which I live. I am the daughter and granddaughter of Western New York business owners and passionate about helping businesses meet / exceed their goals and improving the experience of employees working there.
